Hunting and farming estate in Andalusia (Spain)

Mandate no. Esp-1

This luxury property is located in the south of Spain, one hour from the lovely city of Seville and its international airport.

This hunting and farming estate stretches over some 530 hectares around a sumptuous hacienda, which was once a well-reputed luxury hotel.

This estate and its Moorish architecture comprises around 10,000 m² of buildings. The palace, built by an Arabian prince, has a multitude of rooms and overlooks 5 hectares of parkland. It has some very high-end features (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, hammam, sauna, trophy room, etc.).

A number of annex dwellings surround the palace, including a villa and its Plaza de Toro with three very comfortable suites.

A marqueza farm, three houses and a magnificently decorated stable complete the set of buildings, which is energy self-sufficient thanks to a water reservoir, pumping well, water treatment plant and power station.

Hunting is a key activity on the estate, mainly centered on the red-legged partridge. This is a sturdy bird and a fast flyer with an international reputation, and hunters from the world over come to Spain to hunt it. Andalusia benefits from mild temperatures and sunny days all year round and is thus a wonderful spot for this type of hunting. There are also many quails and rabbits, mainly hunted from July to October, and an area set aside for clay-pigeon shooting.

A large part of the estate is devoted to farming. The fertile, sun-drenched soils of Andalusia remain ideal for cereals (barley, wheat and rye) but also for vines. There is an array of facilities for this (warehouses and other storage areas, barns, etc.).
