This forest massif is located:
- 7 km from the municipality of Lac-Aux-Sables, a town with all amenities (post office, bank, food store, campsite, school and restauarants) and a sandy beach and marina.
- 56 km from the #40 highway and Sainte Anne De La Perade on the banks of the Saint Lawrence;
- 90 km from Trois-Rivières;
- 220 km from Montréal and its international airport.
This 369-hectare forest estate lies a single site with easy access via a wide, well-maintained gravel track. It lies in a ‘white zone’ and can be built on.
The property is criss-crossed by a network of paths covering several kilometers in all.
This forest massif also sits next to a lovely river, home to speckled trout. There are also several streams that cross the property. Beaver dams can be spotted, along with moose.
A power line running along the edge of the property means you can connect to the grid.
The forest is undergoing natural regeneration. It mainly comprises deciduous trees and conifers with a maximum age of 30-40 years.
